We invite you every other Friday to experience the healing sound of the crystal bowls during a group healing sound experience, facilitated by Lory Forstner. Be gently guided into a deep meditative state with the crystal sound that nurtures and restores for both your mind and body.

Time: 6:30 - 7:30 pm  Please arrive early to save yourself a spot and the main doors will be locked at 6:30pm.
